How do I get Harry’s subscription benefits?
When you subscribe to any product or purchase a starter set with an upcoming subscription, you’ll automatically receive subscription benefits for free (starting with your next order). Keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription at any time or if your subscription becomes inactive (meaning you have not had a subscription order ship in the last 12 months), your subscription benefits may be canceled. Harry’s can also choose to pause your subscription benefits for any reason or no reason.
What benefits* do I get with Harry’s subscription benefits?
Current benefits* include: A 5% discount on all Harry’s branded products purchased on harrys.com during the active term. Excludes Starter Sets and annual subscription benefits fee (for those who purchase subscription benefits). 15% off on all Harry’s-branded products subscribed to on harrys.com during the active term, when you subscribe to at least 3 products. Excludes Starter Sets. Free engraving on all engravable Harry’s-branded products purchased on harrys.com during the active term. Early access to select Harry’s products Free economy shipping on all orders of $25 or more on harrys.com and free economy shipping on subscription orders of $15 or more.
*Subscription benefits are subject to change (including to remove benefits or add new benefits) at any time, without notice to you and for any reason or no reason. Subscription benefits discount does not apply to subscription orders that are already subject to a 5% discount. For up-to-date information on current benefits, check back here or, if you have a Harry’s account, review your account page.
When can I start using my subscription benefits?
- If you paid for Harry’s subscription benefits, as soon as you sign up. You’ll even get 5% off the first order when you purchase Harry’s subscription benefits (the 5% discount does not apply to the cost of the annual fee itself).
- If you purchased a Shave Starter Set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product, Harry’s subscription benefits apply to any subsequent orders.
Do the subscription benefits apply to retail locations?
Harry’s subscription benefits only apply to orders placed on harrys.com. Don’t worry, though. Anything we sell in stores, you can grab online, too.
Can I combine my Harry’s subscription benefits discount with other discounts?
The Harry’s subscription benefits discount can’t be combined with other discounts. For example, you won’t be able to score an extra 5% off subscription orders that already get you 5% off, but you will get at least 5% off every time you purchase a Harry’s-branded product on harrys.com (subject to the exclusions described above).
How do I cancel my subscription benefits?
No problem. If you purchased Harry’s subscription benefits, you can cancel through your account page, in which case your subscription benefits will be effective until the expiration of your current subscription term. You can also cancel your Harry’s subscription benefits by contacting our Customer Experience Team. They’re here to help—just email help@harrys.com to reach someone.
If you receive Harry’s subscription benefits for free because you have purchased a shave starter set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product, your subscription benefits may be canceled if you cancel your product subscription or your subscription becomes inactive (meaning you have not had a subscription order ship in the last 12 months).
Is the Harry's subscription benefits fee refundable?
Update as of 8/16/2024: Customers who have purchased Harry’s Membership will not renew starting September 12, 2024.
Short answer: No. Long answer: Our annual fee is non-refundable, but if you became a Harry’s subscriber because you purchased a shave starter set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product (in either case, within the last 12 months), you will not be charged a fee for your Harry’s subscription benefits.
Paid Harry’s subscription benefits
How long will I have access to my Harry’s subscription benefits? Will my Harry's subscription benefits automatically renew?
A paid Harry’s Membership is good for one year and will auto-renew on each anniversary of your initial subscription date for successive one-year periods for the then-current membership fee.
Will you remind me when it does renew?
Yes, we will send you a reminder before your subscription benefits auto-renew.
Product Subscription Customer
How long will I have access to my Harry’s subscription benefits?
If you receive Harry’s subscription benefits for free because you have purchased a shave starter set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product, you’ll have access to subscription benefits as long as you have an active subscription (meaning you have had a subscription order ship in the last 12 months).
What if I cancel my product subscription?
If you receive Harry’s subscription benefits for free because you have purchased a shave starter set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product, then if at any time you cancel your product subscription, your Harry’s subscription benefits will automatically expire and the Harry’s subscription benefits will no longer apply. You can resume your Harry’s subscription benefits at any time by purchasing Harry’s subscription benefits or by maintaining a product subscription. Please note that if you become a Harry’s subscriber in connection with your purchase of a shave starter set with a subscription or any other product subscription, Harry’s may choose to revoke your Harry’s subscription benefits at any time and for any reason or no reason.
Will the Harry’s subscription benefits fee ever change?
The amount of the annual fee may be changed at any time, but if you are an existing purchaser of Harry’s subscription benefits, you will not be charged the new program fee until the start of your next subscription term. We’ll notify you of the change prior to charging you the new fee. If you receive Harry’s subscription benefits because you have purchased a shave starter set with a subscription or subscribed to any other product (in either case, within the last 12 months), you will not be charged a fee for your Harry’s subscription benefits.
How can I cancel my Harry’s subscription benefits?
If you purchased Harry’s subscription benefits, you can cancel the automatic renewal by contacting our Customer Experience Team via phone, email, or your account page, in which case your Harry’s subscription benefits will be effective until the expiration of your current subscription term.
If you become a Harry’s subscriber in connection with your purchase of a shave starter set with a subscription or a product subscription, canceling your subscription will also cancel your Harry’s subscription benefits.
What if I’m a Core member? Can I also sign up for Harry’s subscription benefits?
